Above all else, teens and young women of color from underserved communities need someone to believe in them, to help them believe in themselves and to help them build solid foundations upon which they can begin and continue their journeys to higher ground, achieve their personal, academic, career and extracurricular goals, turn their colorful dreams into reality, and then share their new knowledge, skills and abilities with society,make their mark, and leave the world better than they found it. Through your support, PACE Mentoring will be able to help teens and young women of color reach majestic heights. They need to know that someone cares, that they have value, self-worth and that the power to achieve is within. PACE Mentoring will be the change needed in the lives of teens and young women of color with your support. Teens and young women of color are sending out SOS signals and they are everywhere - that is if we choose to hear their voices.
