Due to COVID-19 we are only offering e-mentoring.

PACE Mentoring is a program of the National Girls and Women of Color Council, Inc., a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization.  Your donation is tax deductible as allowed by the law. All gifts, large or small, will expand the scope and reach of the PACE Mentoring Program.

Program Components

Program Pathways

The National Girls and Women of Color Council, Inc.has developed the PACE Mentoring Program using four distinct pathways (1) Personal Enrichment, (2) Academic Success, (3) Career Exploration and Preparation and (4) Extracurricular Interests. Each pathway is essential in building life-long learning foundations that will equip program participants with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to reach their full potential in life and higher ground. .

Important Dates



​PACE Mentoring Program

PACE Teen Program
 ​PACE Teen provides mentoring for teens between the ages of 13 through 17and meets weekly for two hours. Activities include workshops, group discussions, field-trips, the Beading Circle, Teen Talk and much more.

PACE Young Women's Program
PACE Young Women provides mentoring for young women ages 18 and up and meets weekly for two hours. Activities include workshops, group discussions, the Beading Circle and much more.

PACE E-Mentoring

Will consist of mentees and mentors communicating via the worldwide web. Mentees will also attend e-workshops and participate in required program activities via the web


​PACE Alumni
Will consist of program alumni participating in PACE programs and continued mentoring.

PACE Village
The PACE Village focuses on mentees engaging with the community and families.
